Hard to give a sub par rating when I got what I came for - a prescription and frames/lenses (in 1 week instead of 2-3w as told). Now to the cons - I really did not enjoy the experience. I don't know if it's normal for a doctor to check his calendar extensively in silence while a patient is waiting in the exam chair.... I was also for some reason told I was getting a pediatric dose of the eye diluent. I gotta tell you, I went through dozens of eye exams and have never been so disoriented after those eye drops - couldn't see squat on my phone with 200% zoom. Lately, what I really didn't like is that I wasn't told that the retinal scan is extra money. It's not just about the money, it's also about the extra time spent and then you gotta wait more to discuss the results...

Dr. Chun always does a very careful examination and listens to my descriptions of what I am seeing. He looks inside my eyeballs and explains clearly. I am very satisfied with his prescriptions.
