I was awestruck by the team of Dr. Sio and Monica. The intensity of their work flow was one I was unaccustomed to. They seemed to read each other’s minds as the doctor never wasted a moment on replacing my hopelessly broken 20 year old crown. He kindly explained everything during the process as Monica took the extra step of applying lip balm to preserve my comfort after the procedure. My replacement crown fit flawlessly and the whole procedure took just about an hour. I felt no pain later that day and so far so good the next day. I’m so relieved and pleased! I attempted to become a patient here 4 years ago. After an initial intake appointment with the dentist, they refused to give me an appointment for a cleaning, even months out. They just said I would be on the waitlist. I was on the waitlist forever and never received a single call for an opening. Of course, I eventually found another dentist. Now 4 YEARS later I get a bill for that initial intake appointment. I've had dental insurance this whole time, and it doesn't seem they bothered to bill my insurance for my initial visit that didn't even include a cleaning. What nonsense it this? I've called to have it cleared up and was just bounced around to various people, with no resolution. Next month, I got another bill in the mail again. Professional, friendly, and easy to work with. The techs and the doctors are A+ in their knowledge of dental arts - why and how to fix any issue. Dr V is the best for implants - making that process as easy and pain free as possible. He is my hero. They offer actionable and effective advice to address any dental annoyance you may have. The front staff - Mindy and the crew - so reasonable and humane. I love this dental practice!!
