He was extremely professional, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process. He walked us through every step of the exam and carefully reviewed each page of the paperwork, making sure we understood everything clearly. What truly stood out was how reassuring and kind he was. The immigration process can be stressful, but Dr. Kochmann took the time to explain how everything works and made us feel completely at ease. Efficient, organized, and genuinely compassionate, we are very grateful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone needing a USCIS medical exam.

I wanted I-693s for a family of four. US Medical Exams app was the easiest to use without having to speak with anyone. And as I kept using it for all four family members, their text messages kept instructing us every step of the way. They guided us to do all tests and vaccinations through our existing provider (Kaiser) and then it came to booking an appointment. They were booked for weeks, and we wanted to get done faster, so I went to the USCIS website to look at other options. After 3-4 calls, it was clear that US Medical Exams was the best option both in terms of getting it done faster. Each doctor has a different set of requirements, and less transparent communication about how to get it done. I did some price comparisons too and US Medical Exams was competitive. I got my I-693 with US Medical Exams, and it was very easy. I uploaded my documents online, they responded quickly by text, and I only had to go once to pick up my sealed envelope I highly recommend it. Also, Dr. Kochmann is super nice and dun to talk to. I had a great time. The convenience factor with this practice is extraordinary. You won’t find another practice that makes the entire process so seamless. Literally 0 complaints.
