Sit down enjoy amazing tea and listen to records, meet wonderful people on the couch and get your treatment - that includes a wonderful 10 min massage at the end and your herbs and your body will thank you greatly! Not the place to go if you’re in a hurry best to enjoy and take this chance to slow down. I’ve been going for about 1.5 months regularly and feeling so much better! They also have amazing community events like sound baths on Saturdays, worth checking out for sure.
