My first experience was a very positive one- Dr George filled 2 small cavities, and he was lovely and did wonderful work. I looked forward to being a long-term patient. But the filling work naturally caused misaligned fit of my night guard, causing jaw pain and headaches from grinding overnight. When I called the front office to see if either dentist could make a 10 minute adjustment to my night guard the next day (a Wednesday), they said they wouldn’t be able to assist until 6 days later (the following Tuesday). It’s disappointing that they would leave a patient experiencing pain hanging for almost a week when all it would take is a 10 minute adjustment. After I shared I was disappointed and would leave a review, they called back later and said they suddenly could fit me in that day. I

No nonsense, no shaming, went in for a crown replacement and consult on an overdue new crown. Everyone professional and courteous, appointment was on time. Got the services I needed in less than 1/2 hour, got a follow up appointment in less than two weeks with a billing estimate for future services ready to go. Very pleased.

Berkeley Hills has been great with our family's dental care. They are quick, patient, knowledgable and responsive. We are able to get appointments in a timely manner. The administrative and dental staff are both friendly and caring.

I love Berkeley Hills Dentistry. Have been going for nearly 4 years and they provide consistent excellent service. Big fan of Dr. T, Dr. George and hygienist Shu, and front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them!

I had a very good first experience with Dr. George Ibrahim and support staff. It was extremely refreshing to be there. I received great treatment from all staff. Dr. George was calm and direct, and communicated with me really well indeed. I learned a lot from him. And he personally cleaned my teeth. The office itself was fresh and well-put together. To my surprise, the view was lovely, both in the ceiling and through the window to the elm tree canopy. The only problem I had was getting in the front door of the building - because I had not read directions and also do not have a cell phone. Roger Pritchard
