I've been coming to Dr.Desai for several years now and always felt cared for. She is knowledgeable and informs you of treatments you may need without being overbearing. She is not the type of dentist to force treatment plans on you and make you feel uncomfortable. She is the main reason I keep returning and have recommended her dental practice to many people. My mom, dad, and sister also come to her as well after I suggested they go to her. She is very personable and she is gentle when she works on you. Dr. Desai’s office is truly the best in the area. The staff is always so kind, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Desai takes her time to thoroughly explain any problem areas with my teeth and makes sure I fully understand my treatment options, which I really appreciate. I was able to get Invisalign through her office, and she was incredibly patient and attentive throughout the entire process. She made sure I was happy with my results every step of the way. Getting new Invisalign trays is always effortless and easy, and the whole process has been smooth and stress-free. I have zero complaints—just an amazing experience every visit. It was my first time visiting the clinic today, and I had a very pleasant experience. I was greeted warmly at the front desk. The hygienist was incredibly kind and gentle. She truly cares for her patients and adjusts to each patient’s level of comfort. The dentist was also kind and professional. She takes her time with patients, explains everything clearly, and is very caring. I’ve been to different clinics before, I’ve never been satisfied with the service like I had here. This clinic is truly worthy of five stars. I just hope this level of service continues beyond the first visit. Patients will surely always want to keep coming back for this kind of service.

Dr Desai is very professional and reasonable. I was going to Hillsborough some dentist ...which started charging a lot. Dr Desai tells upfront and do not send suprise bills like others. In terms of service ...I am very happy.
