Very disappointed in how they handled a missed appt on the day my old man died. I have missed appts in past but that was something I forgot about had not problem paying the missed appt fee. However I was not able to cancel my daughters appts bc my old man was on life support and passed away the day of this appt. When I got the bill I left a voicemail asking if they could make an exception for us because of this circumstances I got a text the next day that said this. Good morning, I received your voicemail and I am deeply sorry for your loss. Since August 15th, we've been reaching out to you by text and and I left 2 voicemails to remind and confirm your appointment. If you would have given us enough time, we could have booked someone else in for that appointment but you never notified us

I have been using Dr. Steele as my primary dentist for a decade now for me and my entire family. Comfortable setting with hours that accommodate the working class. His team of hygienist are world class. Highly recommend

From the moment I called, I had a great experience. I spoke with Tanya and she was able to get me in right away at my request. I scheduled a cleaning and an examination by Dr. Steele. The cleaning was done by Shalini. She was very thorough and kind as I told her I had anxiety about dental appointments. She took x-rays and during the cleaning consistently asked if I was okay. Dr. Steele then did a thorough inspection of my teeth and made recommendations for a follow-up visit. I’m so glad I found this practice; highly recommend.

The dentist I have been seeing the past several years retired. OK, now I have to find another place. That is always a chore. But I found a good possibility. So. This was my first visit to Dr Steele's office. Every one was very pleasant and professional, The woman who scrubbed the hair off my teeth was so friendly as was Dr Steele, it made me feel very much at ease. I think I found my new dentist.
