Rashmi and the GHPT team are amazing. She is certified in TMD/TMJ and has the Thera bite tool - most places do not. We increased my range > 25mm which impressed my surgeon and my dentist!! She also ensured that we improved my neck range - I was limited for decades and it contributed to the jaw challenges. Now it’s better than since a teenager. I feel very grateful to have found a place that cares so much about recovery and future mobility for all. Give it a shot and commit to your health journey - you will likely be impressed.

I came here for physical therapy due to vestibular migraines and vertigo, and the care has been excellent. The therapist and staff are extremely knowledgeable and take a very hands-on, individualized approach. Every session felt intentional and was adjusted based on how I was feeling that day. Time on the treatment table was focused and supportive, and the traction machine was used carefully and explained thoroughly. It helped relieve tension that was clearly contributing to my symptoms. I also received levator scapulae stretching and sternocleidomastoid (SCM) muscle relaxation treatments, which were incorporated thoughtfully into my overall plan and helped reduce the intensity and frequency of my vertigo and migraines. The electro-stimulation portions of therapy helped relieve soreness a

Good Hands Physical Therapy is an excellent facility and I Highly Recommend! After surgery on my left wrist, I began physical therapy at Good Hands PT in mid-August 2025 and continued for more than four months. I came in feeling anxious, and unsure about my recovery. From the very beginning, I felt surrounded by people who truly cared. My therapists: Rashmi and Sana treated me with compassion, patience, and constant encouragement, making sure I never felt rushed or unheard. I am also incredibly thankful to Nitin and Varsha, who always prepared my exercise tools before each session. Their attention to detail and readiness made every appointment smoother and less stressful, allowing me to focus fully on my therapy and healing. Those small but thoughtful actions meant more to me than they may

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Good Hands Physical Therapy. It was not the usual referral to the larger franchises, My orthopedic surgeon, said that many of his patients were very happy there. He described it as a smaller family run business with wonderful one on one exercises and therapy. This sounded more like the type of therapy that would suit me best. He was not wrong, I came to Good Hands after surgery for a complete tear of my right Achilles Tendon. Rashma (licensed physical therapist) and her husband Nitin (licensed massage therapist) are a wonderful team. The treatment options through physical therapy. massage, TENS, ultrasound, and many additional offerings provide everything to help you recover. . They, and their staff are truly vested in their patients re

Highly Recommend for TMJ Therapy! I spent the last couple of months receiving physical therapy at Good Hands Physical Therapy to address some persistent TMJ issues, and I am incredibly happy with the results. My biggest problems going into therapy were disruptive tinnitus and chronic jaw clicking/pain. I was under the care of Rashimi, and I cannot praise her expertise enough. After her dedicated guidance and treatment plan over several months, my tinnitus has improved to a great extent, which has made a massive difference in my daily life. Additionally, the constant jaw clicking and associated pain have also significantly improved. I truly believe that the PT I received from Rashimi was highly effective in treating my TMJ-related tinnitus and jaw pain. If you are struggling with similar
