I went in to check out a particular eyewear I've had my eye on. Joan made the whole process as quickly and painless as possible. I described what I had seen online, and she found it, almost immediately. Joan explained everything I needed to know and was such a pleasure to work with.

I made an appointment online. They sent me the confirmation email and sent me a text message the day before to confirm. I confirmed it and filled out the paperwork. When I arrived with my son l was told the doctor wasn't in and someone should have called me to reschedule. Unbelievable.

The whole experience of getting new glasses was a breeze thanks to her expertise and genuine care. It was a privilege to have her help—highly recommend this location!

I just returned from the LensCrafters store at the Bridgewater mall next to Bloomingdale's. Another frustrating visit and the last visit to this business. Four to six months ago I purchased a new pair of glasses with reading lenses and after using them a while I realized that the prescription was off and it needed to be replaced. Today they refused to exchange the lenses for the correct prescription at no charge. They wanted to charge my insurance full price and then charge me for the uncovered amount, which was over $100. When I pushed back since it was not my fault the manager was brought in and I felt she was very condescending and argumentative to me when explaining the policy and the reasons I could not get a no charge exchange. I had to get up and leave when I felt myself getting ov
