Star Veterinary Wellness and Urgent Care Center

Everyone was great during our long couple of days with our sick girl Trio. We were brand new to this clinic because our normal clinic was booked solid and recommended us go Star, and we were treated like family from the moment we first stepped in the door! Dr. Stephanie was so helpful and I really wish I was better with names, but the sweetest young lady assistant who helped us on both Tuesday and today was AMAZING! She made us feel so comfortable and it truly felt like she cared about us like we were family. And again, terrible with names, but the Dr who helps us today really made us comfortable and feel like we were making the right decision. Thank you all so much, we will forever be grateful of you all!

I was so impressed with all of the staff and the doctors. Everyone is very welcoming and compassionate. Everyone at the clinic treated my animals like their own. They were patient and answered all my questions. This is the care all pet owners and pets deserve.

Called at 8:00 a.m. for an emergency visit with my cat who burned his paws by jumping on my stove top. I was very impressed that I was able to bring him in by 9:30 a.m. to be seen and in less than an hour later my cat was home content and feeling much better after his first dose of medication that he was able to receive shortly after arriving home. The prices were reasonable for an emergency visit the staff was simply amazing! The vet tech took time to listen to my concerns and once the veterinarian came in he handled my cat in a very respectful manner understanding that he was hurting and took the time to evaluate and answer my questions. I want to thank StarVet for taking care of my boy for years before his passing recently. He was very much loved. He had CHF with lung masses and breathing became difficult for my little guy. They were very caring with us for when it came time to say bye to my bullet ❤️ I definitely recommend this vet!

To say I’m very pleased with my service here would be an understatement. My dog had a freak injury last night. In the morning, I called this place and they were able to get me in right away same day. My dog couldn’t walk so when we came in and they saw us carrying him, the receptionist very quickly got us in a room and a comfy warm blanket for my dog to lay on. Then the lady who came in to ask questions, the doctor who examined him, and the lady who checked us out were all so helpful and caring. The doctor was very transparent with what the recommended care was and where to go from there. I am so pleased and will definitely be back again for all my dogs vets needs. The workers here are true STARS ❤️
