Being a parent of an Autistic child I wanted a second opinion on my son getting a spacer for his mouth. They let me know that they offered retainers for a spacer to go into my sons mouth. Which was great because the other dentist never even told me about other options. I’m so glad I kept searching for different options to help my son. This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. Upon on our arrival we waited in the car until appointment time. They called us and then my son and I proceeded into the building. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. They took our temperature upon us entering the building. My daughter is a patient at Bubon for her Invisalign treatment. We have loved our experience! Yesterday I spoke to Alaina at the call center to reschedule our appointment, she was so kind, let us go to a different location that would better meet our schedule. She saved the day! From consultation to call center, Bubon is so great, I recommend them!!

This company doesn’t care to really fix anything they just care for your money. My husband and I had treatments here and none of us are happy with the results thousands $$$$ wasted here. They should be honest at first instead of made false promises just to make you sign a contract. I understand now that braces can work better for kids and teens but not for adults or at least not here at Bubon so if you are an adult that is looking for braces maybe look for places or doctors with more experience with adults braces. I know people who had braces as adults and they got excellent and beautiful results but those were outside the US.

Bubon is quick and painless. My daughter is doing Invisalign and it's so great that we only have to go one every few months and they are usually very quick visits. We have been very pleased with the results and the entire process.
