One of the ladies at the front desk was extremely rude. When they couldn’t find my information for my insurance because of a mixup she gave me lots of attitude and shouted how they don’t take that insurance, which I’m sure everyone heard. They moved me out the room after doing my appointment halfway! She then proceeded to make faces at me and stare at me when I was trying to figure it out with the other lady at the front desk. She also was complaining that I wasn’t figuring out my insurance fast enough and I would just have to pay out of pocket. She was very close to my face when she said this. The entire time I was there she was extremely unprofessional and just straight rude. I was nothing but kind to her and respectful. There is no reason for her to be treating a patient like that!! I’d

Been struggling with pain for years. This place got both of insurances connected (one I didn’t even know I had) and took the time to extend my appointment to ensure I wasn’t in pain during or after. Truly a great team from the receptionist to the dentist themselves.

The staff is always so friendly and timely. Sue Miller is the absolute best hygienist. I’ve been with her for over 20 years. I appreciated meeting Dr. Hernandez and his expertise. I look forward to continued preventative care with them.

I have always had a severe fear of the dentist. Anxiety through the roof. The dentists at this office are all really great! With every visit I am getting through that fear! From the front desk to the back, everyone is great!
