Forefront Dermatology Franklin, WI

I had a cyst surgically removed here, the procedure itself went well, however, during my recovery I had very concerning symptoms which I called about several times and left 2 messages. I even asked the receptionist if she could personally talk to a nurse and have them call me back because I was so worried. I ended up going to the ER yesterday, it's been 3 days and they still have not returned my call. I have never been completely ignored by medical staff when it comes to any health related concerns, big or small, even the ER nurse and Dr. thought this was completely unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend coming here!

My family has been a regular at this location for some years now and always received excellent care. Sara is amazing - knowledgeable and thorough and works with care. This has been especially observed and experienced with our child who has the best care with Sara since being very young. Thank you Sara!

The doctor that I took my child to at this location suggested that we try beatle juice to get rid of his wart. She said it had minimal side effects. We were never given paperwork on possible side effects, or verbally disgusted them. My son had multiple treatments, that went the way it was supposed to. This last time his wart began to swell. It grew in size from being a small wart only a few millimeters, to now as large as his finger. It was causing him a large amount of pain and still growing. I called the next day when the where open. No one could take my call at that time so I left a message. They called back 2 hours later and the employee Vanessa, said that there was nothing they could do except to tell me this is a normal reaction and she could try to reach out to a provider, because n

I selfishly thought of not posting this review for fear of appointment availability. Getting in to see a specialist is almost impossible. I was a bit hesitant to visit the Franklin location after a bad experience at the Oak Creek Forefront dermatology location. However, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Sarah Vicari, her assistant and the front office staff. Her bedside manner is incredible. Aside from how personable and friendly she was, she really took her time to listen to my concerns and explain everything. Didn’t make me feel like I was crazy or like a had the plague. I am so happy to have found such a compassionate provider! The receptionist is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Vicari and the Franklin clinic. Stay away from the Oak Creek clinic.

Dr. Sarah is an excellent dermatologist. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained every step of the treatment plan, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. My skin has improved a lot since I started seeing her. The staff at Forefront Dermatology in Franklin are also very friendly and professional. If you have any dermatology problems, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Dr. Sarah. OB
