Martha Aregbesola and her team continue to be an incredible resource and provider for my migraine experiences. Martha takes her time with me during every single appointment, never making me feel rushed, but instead heard every single time. My body does not always respond to medications the way they do for most people. It can sometimes take two, three, sometimes four or more different medications before coming across one that works for me. Martha has been patient in finding the right medications and keeping up-to-date with any healthcare issues in between my appointments. She has also presented alternative treatment options in concert with medications, such as having me see a physical therapist who specializes in intensive neck massages and dry needling procedures. Went in for an appointment in August 28th. I waited nearly an hour and a half before the doctor had seen me. No courtesy from the nurses to inform me that that the doctor was running behind. Instead the nurses were worried about leaving on time. I work in the emergency medical field myself and this is unacceptable. I made sure that I made the doctor aware of this, but he could have cared less. I continued on with the appointment and the doctor prescribed me meds before any test results (after the fact the doctor ordered labs). No, I didn’t pick up the meds, but to me my impression makes me believe that this doctor is getting a kickback from the pharmacy’s. Now LabCorp that resides in the same building is another story. Dr Shukla and his team are phenomenal! He is VERY knowledgeable and doesn’t skip any steps in the assessment process and yet he is still quick in doing so. His nurses are caring, precise, and still quick to get things done. They don’t make you wait in a waiting room forever like other facilities do. Mary who schedules for him is on top of it-and will get you in if she can do so! Overall, this team is like none other-would absolutely recommend!!!
