Don't let several "bad apples" spoil the whole bunch! Many good nurses/med staff work @ St Ann's Nursing Home Portland Ave. in Rochester NY! Tho... Administration President & Vp are very dishonest ...up front, side with their "bad apples" that are abusive, disrespectful, rude & lazy. They SCOLD residents, a main concern!! Worst thing about it...Administration keep the bad apples on the floor, after multiple family complaints!! These are the Facts! The Best dept. is Life Enrichment, couldn't live without these great people! Do what you can to keep your loved one...out of here, or any nursing home in general.

The St. Ann's Community of Chapel Oaks Independent Living with some services, Cherry Ridge Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Facility, a beautiful Catholic Chapel, and ninth floor rehab directly across the street from Rochester General Hospital, have made this a wonderful home for my parents.

My wife went there for rehab for her hip replacement he also has dementia I was having problems with my wife asked tospeak to the social worker she never returned any calls the nurse manager never returned any calls and I went to see the social worker again and instead sent to security staff and it told me I had to leave the facility all i asked for is to talk to the social worker No I have to figure out how to get my wife out of the place
