I'm going to be honest with this review. Some may agree and some may not.... I'm currently a resident/patient here and my experience is a pleasant one. Some areas may need to be addressed; however, they are minor in comparison to the amazing job that most of the staff and administration does. For instance, I had an appointment that required wheelchair van transportation through GATRA PT1. All of the paperwork was correctly sent through the proper channels to ensure my transportation for said appointment and also two other appointments that were scheduled by the staff here. Due to an error from DTA not passing on my change of address to the insurance company, my transportation was not approved by my insurance, therefore leaving me without a ride. I also want to mention that the nurse's in 300 are the best Catlin, Daniela, Fabiola, plus more I am very grateful to have you lady's as nurse's love the positivity in them. Thank you! My mother was here for about a month for rehab. I was extremely disappointed in the care she received. The building is not well maintained - warped floors, holes in the walls, a bathroom sink was out of order. It did not feel clean. There were some days where she did not receive any physical therapy because they did not have enough staff. Calling to speak with someone would sometimes result in phones ringing and no answer. They also prescribed medication that as a non-clinical individual I felt was inappropriate. There were certainly some staff members that were very nice. However, I strongly suggest you find another location for your loved one.

Well in less than 24 hours this place almost killed my father. I was already concerned when I showed up right after he was admitted and asked the front desk to look up my father’s room number…the guy said he didn’t know how to do that, didn’t work there, and was just covering for somebody that called in. He literally said we could walk up and down the halls and look into the rooms until we found him. That first day I visited for a couple hours and he seemed good. But then he called me at 10pm saying he had been pressing the call button for the nurse because he was supposed to take his meds at 9. In that hour, once a nurse popped in and said she’d get his meds but never returned. Turns out that hadn’t even ordered them yet. I tried to call the nurse’s station for 45 minutes but they wo

No one ever answered the phone on many occasions. Not sure about this place. Me again. I visited my spouse this weekend and found him still in bed a 1130 am. Dirty clothes and constructions the smell and sticky floors........ disgusting. They never get back to me when I call. A ask if tha lights work in his room and was told " if the work they work if they don't they dont" No one like them or not should live like this. I need to get him to a better place. Unfortunately NOONE HELPS ME THEY JUST WANT $$$$$$$$"
