There really is no waiting upon arrival. The staff treats everyone in a friendly, courteous manner. Dr. Frankel is very pleasant and thorough with his questions and he really listens to what his patient has to say.

Dr Lopushnyan and staff are very caring and helpful. The only negative thing for me is the front desk, It doesn't feel like a family atmosphere.

On Wednesday, the 1st, I called to schedule an appointment. Lynn, who assisted me, told me the earliest slot was for 8:30 AM on Thursday, the 2nd. I accepted this time. She even called me back five minutes later to "stress to be there on time."
