Knot Be Gone Therapeutic Massage

I had a very poor quality massage. Just like a massage you get on a cruise ship. No attention to detail. They claim a therapeutic massage, it wasn't. On my second appointment I spoke to her about it this morning. She was not willing to accept any responsibility or correct the procedure. She said I'm probably not the masseuse for you. She said I don't take it personally. It's her business I think she should. Attitude is life
