Worst urgent care I’ve been to. tldr: Wrongfully charged for a test I didn’t even get done. Went for STD testing, never done that before so I was very nervous. They gave me a slip at the start to fill out that listed reasons for why I was possibly there: Not Feeling Well(list symptoms), Employer Req, or Other. I listed other because I don’t have symptoms, just there to be sure. So right off the bat they should have known that. They lead me to a room, ask some questions(why am I there, weight and height, etc.), ask for a urine sample. I do that, hand it to them as asked(they were chatting with coworkers when I exited, kind of embarrassing). Told to go back to the examination room, I sit and then someone other than the original nurse walks in to then tell me I can’t have an STD test done he

They were all amazing, friendly, and kind. The Dr made my daughter's visit less scary and even made her laugh and forget about her eyebrow injury. We are very appreciative. Thank you Urgent care team❤️

this was honestly one of the worst experiences of my life going to the doctors. they were dismissive and the doctor i saw was so rude. she became annoyed when i asked her questions. i waited for an hour and half to be seen by a doctor who spoke about 3 sentences to me and just walked out the door, leaving me to wonder if i can leave or not.

Everyone was very polite and compassionate. I felt like they all cared about me and that I mattered. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time (8:36am) and was out by 9:15. They did covid strep and flu tests.

Every staff member that I interacted with was absolutely lovely. It really was a breath of fresh air to be able to interact with a medical team that is organized and great at communicating. The atmosphere of the entire facility was peaceful which helped calm my nerves about being there. I left my appointment feeling like my medical issue was truly addressed. I will definitely be recommending this urgent care based on my experience. Thank you to all the staff that assisted me during my visit!
