Dr.Karagiannis is a great guy and amazing man for what he does for a living, saves lives! His staff and the communication between calling in (call center, then directed to reception, then the possibility of a nurse of his or him) is 0/5 stars. In fact, if you happen to want to share how you are doing, or god forbid you have chest pains or deal with the trauma that comes along with an event like this, you may hear things like "Ohh, you are the one leaving all of those messages" face to face while on a visit there. Maybe she was having a bad day, but please go work in some other industry... healthcare doesnt need this behavior or lack of human compassion. I'm just giving him as much information about how im doing, and when times were tough I needed some advice... any.... being told some
I have been coming here for years. The staff has always been wonderful! I started out with Dr. Weinstein, then Dr Bortmam until his passing and now Dr Arkin and I loved them all. They are always on top of everything! Linda and Robin at the front desk are great!!!! My parents were patients here as well and my Dad always said that they lived healthy into their 90's because of the exceptional care they received at this office. I know I am in good hands! I always feel like family when I am there!
My experience with Dr.Weinstein, his nurse assistant Debbie and the check in staff was on time, pleasant and very professional. Dr. Weinstein’s bedside manner reminds me of years ago when Doctors would make house calls. He is the consummate professional.I trust him with my life!
Dr. Horne is an extraordinary provider. He listens and understands. He is very knowledgeable in what he does. His medical assistant and front staff were all very pleasant. I highly recommend and will be referring Dr. Horne to anyone in need of a cardiologist!
