PSA: THIS PLACE BALANCE BILLS. & OVER BILLS. CHECK YOUR EOBs (Explanation Of Benefits which is available on your insurance website and can be mailed to you). From what I understand, if a dentist is in-network with your dental plan, they generally cannot balance bill you beyond your contract cost-sharing (deductible, copay/coinsurance) because the provider contract with your insurer prohibits charging more than the allowed rate. OVER Billing: They have also demanded money for services that were already paid for by the insurance company. Most dental offices do not practice balance billing and certainly do not over bill. I would look elsewhere

South Shore Aesthetic Dentistry in Massapequa is the best! Going to the dentist can be intimidating for me, but everyone in that office makes you feel super comfortable. The doctors are amazing. Michelle, the dental hygienist, was super gentle and very calming when I told her I had dental anxiety. She was very compassionate, professional and competent. Thanks to this office staff and doctors for making visits pain-free and easy!

Appointments run on time. The staff is friendly & courteous. Dr. Prensky is wonderful. He is a terrific dentist. He is kind, knowledgeable and explains things very well. He also makes you laugh! All of my visits have been great visits! They never disappoint!

My filling fell out , I have a horrible fear of the dentist since I was very young , I had the most incredible experience from the beginning of walking in , so nice and professional , then Anthony the assistant to Dr.Anthony , pleasant took X rays , and then Dr.Anthony came in I explained how I was feeling , needed laughing gas , honestly he was the best dentist I have ever gone to . So professional caring & listened , filled my tooth not one ounce of pain .. headed back next Tuesday and he is doing my cleaning .. thank you

I drive an hour to get to this place because it is truly the best. My hygienist Nicole is kind, knowledgeable and walks me through everything she does before she does it. She is in formative, patient and gentle from start to finish. I have never had a better experience at any dental practice. Highly recommend!
