The visit to Go Health Urgent Care was easy to schedule. All the staff were so warm, welcoming, friendly and supportive for me and the purpose of my visit. Especially for a Sunday ..and truly skilled. Quick, specialized to assist with the medical needs and turn around time was quick and resolute. Thank you to the team there in Massapequa Pk!

Attentive staff, prompt attention to problem. Impressed with the doctor and his explanation of the problem and treatment. Felt well addressed and left less stressed and more optimistic of better health. Indeed, today, third day after my appointment, symptoms are disappearing and on my way back to normal heaalth.

Just left, getting my sons blood work. The woman who took his blood was awful. The worst I have ever seen. Poking him with a needle like she's tenderizing a steak. he's almost 17 He's been getting bloodwork, obviously for a long time he has never had an issue. And she kept blaming him as she was doing it. I will never go there again. Completely awful and unprofessional. If you're going for bloodwork, trust me go somewhere else. then because of how bad she was, he was a dizzy so I wanted him to rest in the room for a bit. She said he's gonna have to move because we have to get another customer in here.insane customer service as well as incompetence.

This is a good place to go for an immediate assessment of a health issue. I booked a specific time online and filled out insurance info before I even arrived. Care was immediate and lab test results took 10 minutes. The staff is very professional and caring. Highly recommend!

"Reserved a spot" for 1PM, it is now 3PM, have yet to be seen. This used to be a dependable office, not the case anymore. Plenty of decent Urgent Care locations around, go someplace else. You've been warned.
