Smith's Pharmacy

Today I went to pick my medicine up the girl that help me out was answered some questions when her boss came asking if I had any questions I said thanks but your assistant is answering what I need. This guy in not good manner ask me to leave because he had more costumers when there was only one person behind me. Please teach him how he has to treat his coustumers and his coworkers. Now on I will change Smith pharmacy to a better place. I appreciate the help of the girls in the pharmacy, they know how to treat their costumers. Thanks

I have recently changed from Smiths to a home delivery on me that is connected with my insurance. It does save me money but it is so frustrating that I’m about ready to pay more and go back to Smiths. Smiths always kept me taken care of, even with my prescriptions that require my to call because they can’t refill them automatically they would call or send a text when they were getting close to refill time and just say you might want to call us. Holly and Camron and Nik are amazing oh you can’t for get Brook either. Even though it’s been a year when I go to the counter for help with OTC stuff they call me by name and ask how I’m doing. I don’t know why so many bad reviews because after years of using them I never had any of the problems they describe.

Most pharmacies are a forgettable experience, not moving the needle in either direction enough to have any strong opinion on. This one however is special...in a bad way. They constantly run out of inventory, the employees move like the sloths on Zootoopia, most all seem annoyed at your existence, and two of them have horrible hygiene. I dealt with all of that crap because they were a decent priced pharmacy close to me, but now that's not even the case. Due to their ordering ineptitude they wanted to substitute my order and charge me more than 3 times what everyone else does. Worst run pharmacy I've ever seen by a loooooong margin.

For incredibly busy as these guys are, they still have excellent customer service. There are long lines a lot but there's so many people that go here to get medications. You don't see many people over at the Walmart pharmacy down the street. There's a reason for that. These guys have got it right 100 percent every time for me. If you get Hollie working the pickup window you know you're in good hands. You'll be greeted literally every time with a warm smile on her face, and get your prescriptions in a timely and efficient manner.

They literally have to hate their job, people, or both. They are the unfriendliest pharmacy and I'm a pretty easy going person, thank God. They make it seem like everything is a chore. You can't always get the info you need thru the automated system and when the phone transfers to a person, you will hear "hold" or they will just put the hold music right on and you will wait for the longest time. I truly believe they're hoping you'll hang up and call later. As far as the wait time to get refills, it's hours. I've had a refill for one prescription go in when they first open and it's not going to be ready until 3 or 4. Average fill to time consistently has easily been around 6 hours.
