Exodus Healthcare Urgent Care

Took my daughter in for an ear infection. Staff seemed nice and helpful BUT they were very aware of who they could help because they didn’t want to work pass closing time. Kind of strange but I get it. The nurse (Jackie) checked my daughter in was helpful and actually made her smile. The doctor didn’t send in the prescription to the pharmacy he mentioned (24hr CVS). He sent it to my preferred pharmacy when they were closed at 9P so I had to wait at the CVS when they were never going to receive it. If he would’ve not tried to be so funny he would’ve paid attention and sent it to the pharmacy I waited an hour at. Ridiculous!

I came to this clinic experiencing an asthma attack, a situation that should be treated urgently. Unfortunately, I waited over two hours without being seen or properly assisted. I eventually had to leave and go to the ER to receive the care I needed. This experience was extremely disappointing and potentially dangerous. I question how this facility can be called "Urgent Care" when urgent medical needs are not taken seriously. The staff seemed unresponsive, and the overall process lacked organization and compassion. If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly urge this clinic to reevaluate its protocols and hire more qualified, attentive staff.

Front desk staff is very inappropriate very unprofessional went in to have something looked at and was told I supposedly owe $130 from 2024. They were unable to tell me what the charge was or what procedure or examination took place. They just claimed I owed $130 and they had sent notices to my house never received any notices. go to Exodus. The healthcare network is people who’ve never experienced or worked in any sort of medical facility. I’ve had bad experiences and figured I’d give them a chance again and they’ve only gotten worse.

They need to have staff who are more human that if one comes is to solve and give him help not to send more Tylenol and ibuprofen it is not possible if you have 4 days taking the same they need to train their staff and put people trained and who know. I don't go somewhere to receive screams! I'm going to have you attend to me and to pay you're going to charge the insurance right her name is Vicky the practicing doctor the truth I don't know if I could call him a doctor a rude run if you don't want to waste your time ! The absolute worst. Went to urgent care for mid left back pains a few weeks ago. Doctor told me it was a torn rotator cuff without even doing any kind of exam. Just sat on her chair the whole time. It's unfortunate there aren't many options close to me unless I want to pay the ER everytime I have an after house need.
