Advanced Motion Physical Therapy

Never been to Physical Therapy before. my PCP recommended it for some back pain I was having, I'm a very skeptical person so I thought this won't help, the wife talked me into trying it so I did, WOW was I surprised! Matt was my therapist and this dude knows what he is doing. I went for 6 weeks and the exercises he gave me I will probably use for the rest of my life, I feel so much better. Now were back doing what we love, enjoying the great mountains of Utah! Thanks Matt!

This place does amazing work with physical therapy. All of the therapists are amazing and are super nice. They got me all back to normal within 2 months. I worked with Jason for the most part, he is an amazing dude.

I was having knee pain while running, so I did all kinds of stretches and exercises I saw on youtube with no success. I went in and Matt diagnosed a lack of hip strength (which I never would have considered) as contributing to my issues and put me on a routine to strengthen them and the other stabilizers around my knee. It took about 5-6 months but I'm back to 100% and probably better as my knees feel so much better while squatting and bending now. I've even added some of the exercise, like spanish squats, to my daily routine now!

I have used them once before with great and very fast results. I am having the same experience this time but have multiple problems so it is taking longer but after even the first visit, I was feeling some relief. What miracle workers they are:) It's great to have a way to feel better without taking another pill that usually doesn't work anyway.

Jason.and his aides are very welcoming and caring. They took the time to explain to me where the pain is and how to control it. So the pain is kept under control with the help of my family and to Jason. The employers are a wonderful bunch!!
