I would never recommend this office... I had a crown replaced by this office about 3.5 years ago... Not even a year after it was done the same dentist then said they needed to look at replacing it... When I asked why since he had just done it less then a year ago, his response changed to they would monitor... Fast forward to April 2025...new staff comes in, new dentist... Go for a check up and the new dentist in the office said that the same crown needed to be replaced... Once again I ask why, since it had only been maybe 2.5 years, response from the dentist is the same as the first... They will monitor. After dealing with billing issues, my family changed dentist office, new dentist says crown needs to be replaced... I have now been trying to get a refund on the original since insurance d

The Dr and hygienists were great to work with. The front office not so much and they have a 3rd party that handles the insurance claims so trying to get any answers is next to impossible. I have had excuses from it being thee holidays to personnel changes at the claims office and more. I am trying to get pre-approval for some additional work because my claim that was submitted for my first appointment was denied and i have not heard back on any pre-approvals for the remaining appointments, and it took them over 2 months when i asked them to resubmit the claim for the 1st visit with the proper coding on it. Hoping things get straightened out now that i have an advocate and i could complete the work that needs done. I will not do any more work without them without pre-approval from my insu

Dr. Hamblin is the best dentist I had in years. He really cares about me and his patients. The Staff at the front Desk is really helpful an nice about their payment options and payment plans.

I called today to make an appointment. Told the girl who answered the phone, I needed to find out if they took my insurance. She said she wasn't sure if they took it or not. And I would be better off to call my insurance to find out. I let her know that my insurance had told me to call any potential dentist I choose and to first confirm with the dentist office that they took my insurance. So I asked the girl on the phone if there was anyone she could ask. Her reply, "yeah, I really don't have an answer. You are best to just call you insurance". Wow! Clearly I was bothering her to do her job.... Back even just a decade or two ago, an employee couldn't say "I don't know" and potentially lose a client/patient like that, by not knowing the answer. I can't say enough nice things about Bingham Dental! I brought my nephew in needing emergency work done as he was so infected his eyes were closing. Pamela got him in right away and Dr Parks went to work on him asap. He needed immediate extractions or the infection could go to blood stream. Start to finish, including getting the payment lined up, we were there about an hour, teeth out, antibiotics in. These guys ACTUALLY CARE about their patients, they are not just here for a paycheck as so many people are these days. We truly appreciate your help guys! We will be patients for life!
