Oquirrh Mountain Pharmacy

I called yesterday to get my pain meds set to refill today & I was told they would order my refill. I called an hour ago to confirm that my meds were ready to be picked up, I was told that they would fill it now & have it ready for me, so I drove 30 minutes to go pick them up.& when I got there, I received a small, partial fill & when I asked what was going on, they said something came up & they had to give my meds to someone else, but that they put an order in & they would be able to fill them on Monday. So now I have to make another trip out to pick up my meds…I live on a fixed income & don’t have all this free time on my hands to keep making multiple trips out to go get my meds because they don’t keep their word. Also there’s a snippy red/head girl who is quite rude when I have to deal

100% the way to go they are the BEST! I was having such a problem with old pharmacy getting refills not these guys they notify me a head of time and ask if I want it delivered or pick up and such good customer service and fast! I hilly recommend they are awesome

The staff is very friendly and nice, but I've left a few times without a prescription because of an error on their part in the year I've been using them. In fact, just yesterday the pharmacist called to ask why I'd given them a low rating. I was busy at work, so I told him I would switch it to a five star without giving a reason. He then asked if my wife still wanted a prescription they had in and I asked him to call her because I was unsure. He did and she confirmed that she wanted it. Today I went to pick it up, and at first they said she didn't have a prescription. After some digging, they found it but informed me that they had restocked it and filled it for someone else and that I'd have to return tomorrow. When our prescription is in, they're quick and great though.

If there’s a man filling for you? He’ll deny prescriptions your doctor has prescribed you. You’ll be denied medications you NEED, that you’ve been taking for MONTHS, just bc he apparently doesn’t want to idk! You can show him (wish I knew specifically his name) a printed sheet signed by your doctor in the same place, to fill your script. HE STILL HASNT. The dr’s here are great, the pharmacy has been only a problem. Can’t wait to switch. Update: they still suck

I work for an Insurance company and call this pharmacy often. Jessica is always such a delight to work with, she's extremely kind and efficient.
