Smith Family Dental Solutions- Sanford

I had an extensive 3-hour appointment today at Smith Family Dental, and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Giordano, Rachael, and Hailey. They were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time—providing a blanket, eye protection, and rest periods whenever I needed them. They explained every step of the procedure and let me know what they were doing and what was coming next, which helped ease my anxiety. They also went over my after-care instructions clearly and scheduled my next appointment before I left. On the financial side, they charged exactly what was expected and in line with my pre-treatment EOB, which I really appreciated. Overall, I felt cared for, informed, and comfortable throughout the whole visit. I highly recommend Dr.

It’s always a great experience with the ladies, the front desk is amazing, Dr. G is always on point and he always makes me feel comfortable. The nurses and staff always so sweet. I really appreciate them by far the best people I’ve ever had in my life and trust me I’ve been traumatized. I would always recommend this Dentist Office to anybody.

I had a great visit, I was seen promptly once I arrived to my appointment. My dental hygienist Ann was very nice explained everything in detail and made sure I understood my treatment plan. She is by far one of the best at the clinic!

My experience with Smith Family Dental Solutions was every bit of amazing. I had not been to this dentist in a long time. My dental hygienist was absolutely the best. I love visiting this family practice. My Hygienist and the MD/Dentist are awesome to work with. Staff is accommodating and friendly. I will continue driving the “distance” to see this group!!!!!!
