The first day with Dr. Tang felt unwelcoming as the doctor did not even smile or introduce himself properly. He asked what was wrong, the patient explained the possible source of his pain, but I saw the doctor trying to finish my dad's story quickly and start the session. Impatient? Red flag #1. Day 2: 40 mins before lunch, barely said anything, not even a hello if I recall correctly. He is not a nice doctor, I already had a bad impression of him. I also heard he was quite judgemental towards my father via aunt who also visits this doctor. He even told my aunt the way my father walked was not good, and the injury seemed very serious yet he did not say anything to my dad. Red flag#2 So at this point this doctor did zero briefings with my dad and just took his money at the end of the day.

Dr. Jacky Tang & his wife Helen are an amazing team. Dr. Tang’s methods of acupressure, combined with Helen’s herb & mineral poultice work miracles on aching tendons & ligaments. These treatments have greatly improved my quality of life & sleep.

I visited today after reading recommendations online. The doctor (likely Dr. Tang’s son) quickly identified my wrist issue, applied targeted massage, and eased the pain immediately. He also provided a medicated pad. The $50 fee felt fair. Overall, a positive experience.
