I asked my doctor to recommend another PT facility as the one I was going to at the time was sort of flat. I had to ask all the questions and practically begged for an explaination of each exercise and what it was doing. I asked my doctor for another referral and he referred Montclair, which is a block from where I live. Right away I knew I had done the right thing. Every single one of the staff are dedicated and serious about getting people healthy, happy and wise(er). I have joined the gym and go almost every day. That is saying something for me. I look forward to seeing everyone. I also kind of track other people's progress and it seems amazing.
