Impossible to get a phone call in without it dropping the call on you. Been like this since summer, wild that it hasn’t been fixed yet

I really tried to give Signature a chance with my son’s care. The doctors we met with were always kind, and I appreciated that I could call the sick line at anytime to get guidance. But one too many things were missed, and I decided to take my son elsewhere. In the spring he had a blood test and iron levels were low, which should have been addressed immediately. But we weren’t even informed about it until almost 6 months later, when another doctor asked what we’d been doing to address it. They also didn’t give him one of the vaccines he was supposed to get without informing us. We didn’t learn about until his physical 6 months later, when a different doctor reviewed his charts and told us he was behind. Generally an amazing doctors office , but they do not enforce the “sick visit/well visit” sides of their waiting room like advertised when you walk in.. i know this is more on parents who don’t pay attention , but it would be nice if families who were sick were directed only to that area , to avoid getting newborns sick for their first visits.
