Shore Pointe Care Center

I am going to give shore pointe care center 0 stars because my mom was in there, the aides were pretty good but Nicole the manager always had an attitude when I talked to her. Always acting like I was stupid like she was talking down to me, like she knew more than me. When I seen her talk to my mom like this one day I was seriously upset. I took her out so fast because I will not have someone talk to my mom like that. I will be taking her somewhere else where we get respect.

spent the most remarkable day with liz the activity director and the team at shore point care center. What a beautiful work you’re doing and it was my pleasure to spend some time with you.

We are all soo lucky to have shore point care center it’s the best nursing home ever!

My husband has been a resident for almost 2 years due to Alzheimer’s dementia. The nurses, CNA’s, PT aides are of high caliber but most importantly -kind, caring, supportive, patient caregivers. They truly care about the residents and know them. The facility is clean and has undergone renovations. The staff communicates regularly with me about his care. I reccomend this facility highly.

My mom is currently at Shore point after two strokes. The care is great! Very attentive nursing. Denise is amazing. She makes me feel like my mother is safe. The building is super clean. The food needs better quality. The personnel is attentive to my calls and needs for my mom. Everyone interacts with each other and they get the job done !
