Family First Urgent Care

Great experience every time. Recently scheduled same day appointment. Receptionist Victoria was pleasant and thorough. RN Jo made me feel relaxed and Dr Dani was so kind and professional. I love going there. Great staff and never wait long.

Very very good experience! 5+ stars in each category. My Best yet at any Urgent care ive been to recently. No wait. Made appt online 1.5 hrs ahead.super convenient. Receptionist , med assist and Dani the PA were a pleasure. Care was excellent. Super clean facility! Easy breezy. They will be my go to from now on.

Our first time going (a friend recommended). Was the best experience I have ever had with an urgent care. I swore off urgent care due to many past experiences. From the moment we entered the woman at the desk was so sweet and kind to my daughter and I. The nurse who took her vitals was so kind and comforting. The Dr and her student were knowledgeable, kind and sweet. Everyone made my daughter feel safe. The doctor didn’t rush to give antibiotics. But instead walked me through pro’s and cons for a child (my daughter has the flu). When we opened the room door to leave the nurse was there to say by, with the cutest balloon/sticker and lollipop for my daughter. The 1st smile she made all day! This will now be our forever home. Grateful for all of them.

I have never gone to an urgent care facility. I was getting sicker with bad congestion and had no choice on a Saturday morning. Staff was nice and friendly. The place is super clean and I moved through pretty quickly. Loved the NP, Cathy :)

My experience was extremely positive. Everyone was kind and welcoming from the second we stepped in the door. Our PA, Dani was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. She was gentle and kind with our frightened 3 year old. They even had balloons and lollipops for our toddler. We will definitely return to this facility. Kudos!
