I'm a lifelong New York guy. Used to rudeness in all forms. Clinilabs is a total breath of fresh air. From the Doctors to the front desk...friendly professional at every level. Spotless facilities. Totally comfortable experience. 10 of 10. West 55 location.

Unreliable. Untrustworthy. I had a trail canceled less than 36 hours before I was supposed to arrive. Went from expecting cash in these woke economic times. Nope! Clinilabs said for personal reasons they had to cancel. Which I was expecting $600+ in 1 day to nothing. Zero. Zilch. Nada. Which now puts my personal life in turmoil. Don’t depend on this. Waste of energy.

You know that secure feeling you get when you enter a well run medical facility? Not present here. Lots of vacant looks... Ask a standard procedural question to three clinicians(?) here, and you will get three different answers They have a handful of really hard workers, though! Got to mention that...and the cuteness, of course

Frustrating experience. Waste of time. Science hates women. I was asked on the phone prior to my in-person screening if I’d be willing to get on birth control for the study which I answered “yes”. After a full 5 hour screening, I was denied entry to the study because I wasn’t already on birth control for 30 days. The language in the consent form also states the doctor will determine if your method of contraception is acceptable after listing the effective forms of birth control, among them was “condoms and spermicide” which I agreed to use. Seems sexist and unjust to me as men simply have to state they’ll use condoms and that their partner is on xyz birth control. I spoke to the doctor extensively and the CRC who said “oops. Sorry, we’ll speak with recruitment about this”.
