Dr. Zacks is clearly an expert in his field. He is kind, compassionate, and honest. I appreciated the time he spent examining me and explaining all aspects of various treatments. Dr. Zacks was thorough, articulate and interested in all my questions and very accurate in his diagnosis and treatments. I have received a clear explanation of all my problems and was given an equally clear choice of further action. Dr. Zacks has been a great surgeon for procedures that I've had, an Ablation. He treated my father, and in-turn when I required such expertise, I was referred to him by my cardiologist. My choice to go to him, yes, but only based on advice of other physicians (as one said to me “if I needed such expertise that’s who I would go to first”. When his practice relocated, I followed to stay with him despite it being further away. Ability to follow-up with appointments is easy. The best and truest thing I can say is that I literally trust him with my life and would not hesitate for a "heartbeat" to ask him to care for the people I love most in this world.
