Had a great experience at the LensCrafters in Eatontown. Brian and Mitchell were outstanding—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain options clearly and made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location, especially if you get help from Brian or Mitchell.

Brian and Mitchell are terrific! Brian was really patient with me in going over my insurance benefits in detail, helping me pick the best-suited glasses for me, and while also respecting my budget. Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable, and thanks to the information that he gave me, I was able to make an informed decision while I saved hundreds of dollars on my purchase. My visit to LensCrafters in Eatantown today was great. Jay and his team were helpful from start to finish and made it easy to choose new frames. I appreciate them and I’m grateful for the great service.

My daughter has purchased her glasses with lensCrafters as long as I can remember. She went in today to look to purchase glasses and get help with the ones she had as they had broken. The screw had fallen out and she has no arm on one side. She purchased these glasses at around $300.00 which the price should not matter but the customer service should! She was told they did not have a screw ( they never even looked)and could not help her and she wouldn't get new glasses for 7-10 days. She is a mother of a 4yr old and can not see without her glasses. I am very disappointed that she was not helped in anyway. Lenscrafters please do better as this location as defiantly lost a customer. 11.15.25
