Everything was great. I really liked Lay and Nikoletta. They were great and explained everything very simply to me. I am not one to go to the Dr. Office often, but I think after this visit things have changed. Friendly and professional. Would go again and again.

The visit was good but communication was a bit off this time. For instance, the test results were not reviewed or at least no communication via the app- unlike the last few times I have been there. Then the prescription was sent to a pharmacy of my choosing but then I requested it be sent to another pharmacy and the PA didn’t want to do it so she punted it to the front desk and that change did not happen. Also the medical note for my son had specific dates after being told not to send him to school unless he is fever free. And no new note or response upon request via app. Otherwise as good as one can expect. Update : Went back again this week and the visit was very good. The PA was knowledgeable and thorough. I do like this place as it’s usually a quick visit and the providers are good to

Last night my wife was in a motor vehicle accident. She made an appointment on line. She Walked in and was greeted immediately. She waited for less than 5 minutes. She saw the doctor and she was so nice and helpful and was knowledgeable. The place was clean and well organized. Would highly rate and recommend. Only Urgent Care I would go to in this area!!!!!

I walked out after the front desk greeted me with a SIT DOWN SIR ..not a hello be right with you, please have a seat. Bed side manner ZERO STARS , I would rather be in need of help and in pain than go here.

My visit was scheduled. The front desk staff were excellent..the visit was quick, thorough and pleasant ( relatively speaking). The physician was attentive, knowledgeable and quite kind. The triage associate was nice…and thorough. Overall excellent experience. The facility was clean. Thank you.
