The glowing Google reviews were hard to ignore…so I put my phobia of the dentist to one side and plucked up the courage and booked that appointment. The office has a calm and welcoming homely feel to it. Very unlike the surgeries I am used to in England. A lovely young lady named Cassie was my dental assistant. Cassie was great and managed to calm my nerves from 100 down to zero in a matter of minutes. What an absolute gem. Scott in my eyes is a magician. I literally felt nothing at all! My face looked like I’d had a few rounds with Mayweather but I’m over joyed that my phobia has finally vanished. I can’t rave enough about my dream team. Thank you Scott and Cassie. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

Best dentist office in Rochester! The staff, hygienist, and Dr. Watson were all so welcoming, informative, and so friendly. It was such a great experience and I never felt pushed to do additional procedures that isn't necessary so they can make more money out of you. They truly make you feel cared for! Everyone was so genuine and I was in and out within an hour and a half- exactly how long they estimated the procedure would be. Super impressed! Don't go anywhere else! 🦷⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the best Dentist office I have been to in my many years of experience. From the front desk to Dr Watson himself every person is polite, engaged and there to make you feel comfortable. This coupled with great work and reasonable prices have allowed me to catch up on dental work that I put on hold for too long. I never felt embarrassed or pressured to take any work recommendations on the spot, always time to consider the options was allotted. I have recieved multiple services from cleanings, fillings and even a crown to highlight what my review is based on. I waited to place a review until I was able to have multiple visits to accurately assess my true experience, and they never disappoint. Thank you all for the great experience, very glad I found your Office.
