Sam's Club Pharmacy

I just... I don't get it. I tried to get my prescription refilled today and they told me I was too late and I should have come in yesterday. It says right on the bottle "by"4/27/2022" NOT "before 4/27/2022". When you have something due by a date you still have that date to turn it in, do you not? Now I have to make and pay for another medical appointment much sooner than I anticipated.

The girls here are so friendly and willing to help in any way. Brandee is the best Pharmacist. She even calls me before I know my refills are coming up, so I dont miss a doses. Thank you girls for being so kind.

Well I see all the old reviews were removed. Last week we asked pharmacy clerk to check for any perscriptions that need renewal. She responded they are ok. Get home well one is almost out. Call pharmacy different person states obvious renewal???? Two perscriptions called in by doctors office only one filled???? Again if you have employees that can't do the job, write them up, stike three your out. Then keep hiring people until you get a good employee .
