Front staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I came in to pick up a form for my daughter and as I was being helped up front i heard very loud yelling in spanish from a lady that was sitting in the back. And i mean she was yelling at top of her lungs. She was cursing someone out and I'm not sure if she was cursing out employee or on the phone but it wasn't professional at all. As a spanish speaker myself this was very uncalled for and i understand what she's saying. No one should be spoken to in that manner employee or as patient. I will be pulling my kids from this clinic.

Don’t care about your time. Had 8:30 am appointment for my daughter to get flu shot. I got to appointment early waited for around 20 minutes or more just for staff to tell me vaccine wasn’t in and they have to put on her waiting list. They want me to believe they didn’t know previous afternoon that vaccine wasn’t in and they could have just called me then to tell us not to come. Our whole morning messed up for nothing.

I’m a first time mother so I wanted the best care for my son. I saw the reviews for this pediatrician and I already knew this place to be my son’s pediatrician. My son is now 7 months and I can honestly say this is a great place ! The MDs, nurses and receptionist is really nice and you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. Any non emergency problems I have the nurses will call me back with solutions. I’m very impressed!! They wants what’s best for your child. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for all you guys do !

This is my favorite pediatrician. I love Dr. Bradshaw and Ms. Nancy. They are a great bunch. It can be difficult to get good appointment times being that they are always backed up. They don't send out appointment reminders or do appointment phone calls, which is a bummer. They also make it your responsibility to make the next well-child visit- they will not schedule it for you. Overall- the medical practice is great, but personnel procedures could be refined.

I love this office. I'm a medical provider myself and I understand that all offices run differently. Some are newer and some are fancier, but that doesn't always equate to excellent care. The providers (we've seen them all at this point) have always been helpful and patient. They take time to listen to our concerns and reassure us or intervene when necessary. I love the well side-sick side concept (believe it or not, every office doesn't have this) and I love that I can walk in or make an appt for sick visits. They've always been very accommodating. As with any busy office, calls are returned commonly at lunch hours or late in the day. I love that they have PAs and MDs and that they truly seem to work as a team!
