I’ve been going to this eye doctor’s office for about 5-6 years. The team is amazing, helpful and wait times are minimal. Dr. Natalie is very patient and knowledgeable, she makes sure you feel comfortable and truly takes the time to understand your needs before making any recommendations. Can’t recommend them enough.

I love going into the Firetower office of Carolina Vision! Dr. Natalie and her staff are the best! All my questions and concerns are always answered and never rushed. I feel like part of a family there! Would recommend them to anyone looking for an eye doctor!!!

Every single staff member was professional and helpful. I’m 100% satisfied. Everything was explained in detail and while it was my turn, I was their focus. I came here based on a personal recommendation years ago and I see why.

Overall, my son and I had a good experience, the front admin team were nice, patient, and helpful. The Assistant who outside of the admin team was truly our first impression was very friendly and personable. Dr. McIntosh was nice, detailed, patient, and personable, my son liked her as well. Cory helped with our glasses and while we are still looking for the right frames, he was helpful, informative, he actually will have conversations with his customers and an all around good guy in my opinion. He also explained the history of the office and his reasoning for why choosing Carolina Vision was the better choice. Wasn't forced or rehearsed just within a already pleasant conversation. My son and I will be going back for future visits.

Carolina vision care did an excellent job with my eye appointment. Everyone was so courteous and professional. They managed to find bifocal contacts that work better than the brand I have worn for years. Thank you Carolina vision!
