I loved the service my (Yorki) Brandi received on Monday. Very caring and thorough staff. I'm glad my neighbor referred me.

They were able to get me in last minute for my 12 year old dog who was brand new to them and sick. Upon arriving, they had 4 staff members out the in the parking lot within a minute to help me get her inside. I was a wreck but staff was empathetic, quick and helpful. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to my Lucy girl that day. thank you guys for making us both as comfortable as we could be and for letting us take our time with the decision and process. I will forever be grateful for all of the help we received that day. Thanks for taking care of us, even if for a very short time. ❤️

FANTASTIC! I'm new to the area and established care at FAC because of the quality of the medical team, the kind front desk staff, their hours of operation, services offered, and facilities. Dr. Medhus was awesome with my rescue pup! He took time to answer my questions without feeling rushed. He offered excellent care and advice, and my pup to right to him. Your fur babies are in excellent care at Firetower Animal Clinic.

Our girl Boo Boo had her first visit and is spicy around other dogs. She was a rescue 6 years ago and very very strong. Firetower Animal Clinic made accomodations for us to come through the side door and avoid any drama. My husband usually helps me but too ill now. I was able to check in, in the parkinglot and someone came out to assist me, when the room was ready. I am so appreciative of the time they took. Thank you

Our puppy has received great care at Firetower from her first vaccinations to her spay a few days ago. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, and we are very pleased.
