Sage River Massage Therapy

I myself am a physical therapist, and I need regular manual work to keep me feeling my best. I’m very particular about the practitioners I see, and Kris is my go-to for massage therapy. Kris is very knowledgeable and a highly skilled practitioner, and incorporates many different modalities as needed, from cupping to essential oils, hot stones, and more. I highly recommend!

This was by far the best massage I have ever had. Kris hit all my problem areas and got rid of a lot of stress and tension. My first time going to Sage River but definitely will be going back in the future..give her a try. You won’t be disappointed…

Kris, was phenomenal, not only was the massage relaxing it was therapeutic! Don't blow your money on those ridiculous prices at the spa around here, make an appointment with Sage River and get a better massage! When we visit this area again, looking up Kris for an appointment will be at the top of the to do list!

Nice facility. Difficult to find because of poor signage. Look for "7 Main Street" which is huge and not the business name when looking for Sage River. Often, when getting a massage, you fill out these one page forms identifying problem areas and issues and then you end up getting the same slide-and-glide massage that everyone else gets. THIS IS NOT THE CASE FOR THIS PRACTITIONER. She was responsive and spent more time on the areas that I had identified and even found some that I hadn't. The use of warm moist towels at some points was an added bonus that was not expected. Highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend Sage Massage. Kris was very nice and the massage was excellent!
