MedCheck Urgent Care - Plymouth

The check in was the most disorganized, unprofessional process I have ever had the misfortune to endure! The receptionist was loud and obnoxious. She bellowed personal, private information to the entire waiting room!! She was clearly more concerned with her water bottle than she was with attending to the room full of waiting patients!!! I will not return to this facility ever again!!!

Today was my first visit and it was absolutely the easiest and most efficient urgent care visit I’ve ever experienced! In and out in less than an hour and my prescription was digitally sent to CVS down the road. What a great location, thanks so much!

No surprise here. It's the same with most medical facilities today, the medical care is good and the best part of the experience however, outside of that they are a mess. Bills come in the mail with no date of service and no information at all, just a bill with a dollar amount. I brought my bill in one day so I could get the info and pay it so I would have a receipt for my insurance company and the person at the check in told me they couldn't help me. I wish doctors were better at finding people who know how to run a business. It seems like the billing and appointment staff in these places are always THE WORST. Update: I just spent an hour trying to figure out how to pay my bill online. Looks like it is not possible.

What a great place, great staff: I was in and out of there in 25 minutes . I visited on a Wednesday morning for pain in my arm. During admission, I was clearly informed that there could be additional fees if they needed to be applied. After a quick meeting with the nurse, the doctor was in a few minutes later. He listened, he was caring, and explained his diagnosis. Then, as I was discharged, I was provided with some extra medical supplies. Incredible service and experience . Best urgent care visit in a long time!

I had to visit urgent care this morning and saw Alaina. It was probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a medical provider.
