Hannaford Pharmacy

This Pharmacy is not the greatest. I've called twice, left a message and they never returned my call. I called directly to the pharmacy twice and they put me on hold for at least 15 minutes and never came back to the phone. The best pharmacy for me was Rite Aid because they took care of you right away. I wish they never went out of business

Time and time again, the team at Hannaford Pharmacy has exceeded all of my expectations for outstanding customer service. If a prescription is costly, they will go on line and search for a discounted price. There is quick turn around between dropping a prescription off and delivery. They will answer all questions and are simply professionally perfect, kind, caring and helpful. My heartfelt thanks for every time they've gone that extra mile to provide service that is second to none. Bravo!

Convenience and loyalty have been my primary motivations to shop for groceries and meds here. But it goes way beyond that when they can only fill part of a prescription but give you what they have or a few days worth to tide you over. That kind of service makes all the difference to me.

Techs are usually pleasant but was really off put by a pharmacist brushing me off and refusing to help/ talk to our vet to get meds for our foster dog. Perhaps there’s some store policy she was adhering to, but she was very abrasive in the way she dealt with the situation and wouldn’t even let me finish explaining the situation before walking away.
