Friendly staff, prescriptions come out so fast and even when theres an issue and i habe to call back and forth 100x they are so patient and kind. I also want to thank the staff for being so understanding and sweet with my autistic childern i have to bring them in with me quite often and although they are loud and touch everything we are still greeted with a lollipop and a smile. The pharmacist Shauna and the pharmacist tech Gabby are super caring and compassionate when it comes to helping their customers. Shauna and Gabby go above and beyond to help customers with their medications and helping customers be able to pay for their medications. I cannot say enough good things about Shauna, Gabby and Genoa. These are amazing, considerate people and an amazing and considerate company. They have true values in helping customers. I highly recommend getting your prescriptions filled here and doing business with Genoa. Shauna and Gabby are so wonderful and caring. It’s not everyday that you meet such people. Great small town pharmacy only inconvenience is they are not open on the weekend.
