Very positive experience in response to a mailing reminding me that I was close to the end of my 3 year warranty. Pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable, my hearing professional retested my hearing, looked carefully at my hearing aides and made several adjustments, making it less effort to hear and simpler to change modes when needed.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. The only issue is the cost of hearing aids. If both of us got them it would have cost 16,000 dollars. For us, who are retired, that is 8 mortgage payments, and 3 months total income.In order to hear better we would lose our home to the bank, have all our utilities shut off, and have all of our meals at the soup kitchens. Apparently, hearing is a luxury for the wealthy that we can’t afford.

I was pleased with the professionalism and the clear knowledge of the specialist. She is explains results and possible procedure options thoroughly.

These are my first rechargeable hearing aids, and when you think technically can’t get better, o yes it does. I am hearing a lot more with these hearing aids. Much much better. And the phone app, I am really enjoying that, I can hear so much more and better with the app. Thank you Megan Roy for in suggestion I give it a try!!Megan Roy explained everything to me that I needed to know. Love my new hearing aids. My previous ones were three and a half years old. Noticed the improvement as soon as I put the first one. Megan Roy did an awesome job explaining everything.
