Great work by staff here at this location 👏. My appt had 2 dates for scheduling and it was at 4pm. The dentist herself said we will squeeze you in! That means so much when take off work and make the drive. The front office staff is very friendly and the staff in general is warm. Book here for family love and great teeth!

This has been the best dental experiences in my life. The change in my dental health has changed drastically since the beginning of this year. The front desk has been welcoming, warm, and kind since the very first day. Everyone works really well together to provide a professional environment. Lydia, Shambreka, and Stacy have very radiant personalities that makes the dentist office a pleasant place to be at 9:30 in the morning on a Friday. Dr. Wilson is an expert at what she does and puts your mind at ease as you know that you will receive top of the line care. I literally HATE Sage Dental in McDonough. They are rude, disoriented and just don’t care! My first appointment in Sept ‘25, I was treated with attitudes and egos, When I came back for my detox, I was told that I had never been there before and when I got home and called to tell them I have my records they then say, “We found you once you left.” But was someone gonna call and tell me that?! Completely through my healing plan off. Now I’m back a week later. I was called by Domonique to come in on today at 8am instead of 8:30am just to be the first one in the door to be the LAST ONE called to the back. I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this dental office. From the beginning, I felt like the focus was more on getting my payment than actually addressing my concerns as a patient. I had several questions about my treatment, but they were never answered clearly or thoroughly, which left me feeling confused and dismissed. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was the behavior of the dental assistants. They were speaking loudly about their opinions while I was there, and it felt very unprofessional. There were also side conversations happening within earshot that made it seem like they were discussing me, which was extremely uncomfortable as a patient. I had a 9am appointment and was greeted as soon as I walked in by Courtney at the front desk. I was called back by 9:15 and Nadia is amazing! Dr. Pesut has the best bedside manner! Very personable and willing to explain everything in detail. I am so happy with my experience today and look forward to getting my work done here.
