Aylo Health - Primary Care at Hampton

After moving to Georgia, I spent months searching for a Primary Care Physician. I am extremely thorough I actually read every single review across multiple sites before choosing Dr. Llopart. I can honestly say she lives up to every bit of her reputation. Dr. Llopart is a rare find. She is dual-certified and has clearly earned her Service Awards. She treats you like a partner in your own health. She respected my time, my self-awareness, and my high standards. It is clear she operates at a level of excellence that is hard to find in medicine today. A huge shout-out to her nurse, Bre, as well. I always have a great experience here the front desk and the doctors are awesome. I would like to give a special praise for Mercedes in the front desk. I had a lot of issues with my new insurance and pre approval authorization and referral and she did a exceptional job of calling them and the other doctors office to insure everyone got what they needed this took her about 5 or 6 calls back in forth with them and she called to update me every step of the way or I was going to have to self pay. That is the kind of customer service that should be Rewarded. I really really appreciate how she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Terrible! This facility should have gotten a zero. Both times I had appointments they have no sense of urgency. The front office Manager not one apology lacks compassion and empathy for the patients who pays her salary. From the appointment to waiting to see the Dr. I waited in the examination room for over 70 minutes which got to the point I canceled my appointment and left. The woman at the front desk needs to be fired she picks and chooses who gets a warm welcome…not the new lady Darian she was sweet. I will NEVER COME BACK HERE! I HATE IT at the Aylo Hampton location. I will travel to EMORY to get the treatment I need because they care about their patients.

Aylo is losing a truly amazing Nurse Practitioner in Cassandra Prater. She doesn’t just listen she genuinely hears you. She’s one of the few providers who still takes the time to do a full head-to-toe assessment and treat you like a whole person. Her compassion, professionalism, and dedication set her apart. Cassandra has made such a positive impact on this community because she truly cares about people. She has a gift for making patients feel supported, understood, and valued. Losing her is a huge loss, and I sincerely hope this practice does everything possible to keep her. Providers like her are rare, and she has made a difference in more lives than she knows.

I went to Aylo for some cold symptoms on Thanksgiving week. They had an appointment and it seemed great until it came to my prescription. The doctor was prescribed a cough syrup for my flu and I went to my pharmacy to pick it up that day(1 hour later). The pharmacy didn’t have it sent it yet. I wasn’t worried because I wasn’t the last appointment. I tried to pick it up on Friday and it still wasn’t at my pharmacy. I finally called and a nurse said the Dr forgot to handle my prescription at all. I feel totally forgotten here. My chief complaint was a cough and she forgot to send o er the medicine. Thank god for otc medicine.
