I was a new patient with concord Dental and had excellent experience! Dr. Adrienne Ammons helped to calm my anxiety with going to the dentist. She was very thorough and made sure to Inform me of everything that was going.durring the visit and . Also , she made sure I was comfortable during the visit. She was very calming,gentle, and compassionate about my care. The front desk staff was very friendly and had me ready for treatment in no time. I give cudos to Nichole and Anthony for being so gentle and compassionate with me and answered all my questions before I saw the dentist I was able to get a same day crown too! After being woth a diffrent dentist for 24 years, Dr. Adrienne Ammons and staff made the transition to Concord Dental a pain-free experience. I would definitely recommend

Fortunately for me , I found a dentist who actually cares about your dental health. I’ve been seeing her for a few years now. My experience with her and her staff was and has always been outstanding and professional, something you rarely see these days!!! Dr Ammons at Concord Dental ISN’T about the money; she actually genuinely care about your dental health. They’re caring, patient, thorough, focused and efficient! I can’t thank them enough for helping me to get through my dental care. I truly appreciate the time she and her team takes to thoroughly explain my issues and what needs to be done!! Not for the money but concern!!! I Would recommend her to everyone I know who need of dental care!!!

Office personnel are friendly and efficient . I love the patience, friendliness and quality of service given by the dental hygienists and the dentist ! From my first evaluation visit in October 2025 after relocating to the area up to my numerous services provided from November 2025 to February 2026, I am pleased! Looking forward to future visits!

As a new patient I was skeptical about the quality of service being located in a shopping area. I loved my experience from the time I walked in. First of all they did a wonderful job reminding me of my appointment. The receptionist was very helpful and professional. Don't judge this place by its surroundings because it's a true gem. My hygienist talked through everything she was doing and that made me feel really comfortable. You can really tell that these people love doing what they do. I never had that feeling that I was just a number or just a patient I felt like family.

As expected, excellent service from everyone. I have tried 2 other dentist and will never go back. I have found my dentist and staff. Thank you for providing the complete service of your expertise. Senior Citizens this is what we deserve, young people that honor and respect their elders. Bravo to Concord Dental.
